Rear concrete thresholds

The pieces are 120 cm long and 10 cm wide, with a 3/3 cm bevel on one side at the top, with tongue and groove. The 20 cm high version with two fixing holes is intended for dowelling on the lying area or on the slatted floor and the 26 cm high version for setting in concrete. Our development does not rot, is ergonomically shaped and ensures optimal lying conditions for the cows.

More cow comfort with concrete kneeboards

We have developed a kneeboard made of concrete for deep bedded cubicles, so that the cows can lie straight and stand up easily. The rounded top in particular helps the animals to stand up straight without the fear of getting injured. The kneeboard prevents straw from falling out of the box. Dimensions: 120 cm length x 24 cm height. The connection between the kneeboards consists of groove and tongue, each piece has two fixing holes.

Concrete elements as semi-circular separations

Semi-circular concrete elements are 8 cm high and are fixed under the cubicle with dowels. They completely disappear into the mattress and give the animal support when standing up. The mattress gets more stable and builds up faster.
